Please notify us immediately if your package or merchandise arrives damaged. While we take every measure to properly package our shipments, there are rare occasions when damages occur in transit.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt. However, custom orders are nonrefundable.
Please repackage your purchase carefully including a copy of your invoice and ship it to:

Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns. Please indicate the reason for your return or exchange on the receipt and your mailing address and phone number. Refunds will only be sent by check. Sorry, we will not credit your pay pal account.

Delicate Designs accepts all major credit cards through Pay Pal. If you do not have a Pay Pal account you can still make a purchase with your credit card as a guest during check out. If you want to pay by credit card over the phone contact Amanda at 610-644-5050 between 9 am – 8 pm EST 7 days a week.
We try our best to get all shipments out within 48 hrs. of your request. If you need your shipment to arrive by a certain date please email us here with your request and we will let you know if it is possible.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Your package will arrive via USPS, FedEx or UPS. If you require an international shipment, please contact us by email and we will try to accommodate you.
Free shipping on orders of $100 or more! A flat rate of $4.95 will be charged on orders under $100.
All of Amanda’s designs are made with sterling silver and may include semiprecious gemstones, Austrian crystals or freshwater pearls. Sterling silver is a considered a precious metal that carries value and Amanda’s designs are created with timelessness in mind which makes them a perfect choice to add to your jewelry box!
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time from oxidation. However, unlike costume jewelry that can tarnish, turn your skin colors, and cannot be revived, sterling can be refreshed repeatedly and shine back up like the day you bought it. Keeping your sterling jewelry in a jewelry box, zip bags or somewhere that prevents excessive exposure to air, humidity and heat can eliminate and reduce the tarnishing process.
To clean your sterling jewelry, gently rub the metal with a polishing cloth or use a jewelry cleaner that is safe for sterling and the stones on your pieces. Some jewelry cleaners are harsh and can damage stones or remove intended antiquing affects, so do your research! Sunshine Polishing Clothes and Jewel Brite Jewelry Cleaner are the recommended cleaning products for your Delicate Designs jewelry.
