How do I return or exchange items??
Please notify us immediately if your package or merchandise arrives damaged. While we take every measure to properly package our shipments, there are rare occasions when damages occur in transit.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt. However custom orders are nonrefundable.
Please repackage your purchase carefully including a copy of your invoice and ship it to:

Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns. Please Indicate the reason for your return or exchange on the receipt and your mailing address and phone number. Refunds will only be sent by check. Sorry we will not credit your pay pal account.

What are your available payment methods??
Delicate Designs accepts all major credit cards through Pay Pal. If you do not have a Pay Pal account you can still make a purchase with your credit card as a guest during check out. If you want to pay by credit card over the phone contact Amanda at 610-644-5050 between 9 am – 8 pm EST 7 days a week.
How fast will my order ship??
We try are best to get all shipments out within a few days of your request. If you need your shipment to arrive by a certain date please email us here with your request and we will let you know if it is possible.
How and where do you ship??
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Your package will arrive via USPS, FedEx or UPS. If you require an international shipment, please contact us by email and we will try to accommodate you.
What are your shipping charges??
All shipments under $100 will be charged a flat $4.00 rate and free shipping is offered on orders over $100.
